I had to take the time and tell you about my model 48 mobile smoker that I bought from you. Having never really smoked before, I first starting cooking ribs and chicken for family and friends. It was so good, so tender and so flavorful that they now show up at my house on the weekends with meat in their hands. Since my confidence was at a high, I decided to do the nasty and cook a whole hog this past weekend. Three of us started at midnight, starting with charcoal then throwing only a few handfuls of wood every 45-60 minutes. At 3am, in a drunken stuper, we passed out in the yard next to the smoker until 6 am. You were right in saying that this grill is "goof proof". The smoker still maintained a decent temperature and by just throwing in a little charcoal and wood, we then finished the job. After everyone ate, every one of the 80 people at this party either shook my hand or spewed compliments like I was some BBQ god. Point is, that if I (knucklehead from NJ) can cook such good meat with your product, anyone can. Hats off to you and finely crafted BBQ smoker. By far, the greatest investment I have ever made.
