I thought you might like to
know that with your cookers (the 60" that Chip Cox bought and the 2 - 84" that
we bought), Ol' Hawg's Breath BBQ Team won Fifth Place in the "Memphis in May"
International Festival - World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest for BBQ
pork shoulder. During the three days of MIM, we cooked 110 racks of ribs, 200
ears of corn, 144 chicken quarters, five pans of beans, four picnic shoulders,
and six 15-pound competition shoulders (on the 60"). Thanks to you and your
crew for the best cookers on two wheels.

Prior to this year's Memphis In May
Cooking contest we never placed higher than 26th. We knew we cooked the best
shoulder we ever cooked (both John and I are certified Judges) but with 59
other participants we did not even stay around for the awards ceremony. We were
thrilled to learn of our fifthplace finish.
Thanks to you and your crew for
the great cookers. I guess we'll have to stick around longer at the next
competition.
Yours Truly, Ron

| Just a note to let you know that
I used the Model 60 this weekend. I competed in the Tennessee Soybean Festival
Cook-Off in Martin, TN., with two buddies of mine. We had the smallest cooker,
but size doesn't always matter.
We took 1st place in the RIBS and
4th place in the CHICKEN.
The Model 60 did great. I cranked
it up at 3pm Friday afternoon and it smoked until 12 noon on Saturday. The meat
was perfect and the trophies and cash show it.
Thanks again for a great
cooker. Charles Simpson |

Ben, Thanks for making such a
quality product. The cookers have helped tremendously in making consistent and
mouth watering barbeque. I have even done a contest with the maker of a well
known cooker and he has said "for the money you won't find a better one".
That's why we use two. Once again thanks and keep up the good work. Thanx, Stu

Hi Ben, Just got back
from the Ham Jam at World Golf Village, and wanted to drop youa note, and send
a few pictures. We won first place in Brisket, and came in 3rd overall. This
was only the 2nd contest we have cooked in and both with the "Model 84". The
first contest was Brooksville we won 5th place in chicken. Bottom line the
"Model 84" is the best value cooker out there. Thanks, for making such a great,
and affordable contest rig!
