like all our other models comes completely assembled, all welded and ready to
cook. It weighs 1760 pounds and is our best size for volume cooking. If you
need more cooking space, we recommend that you buy two or buy the twin 84
model.
The
unit comes with run about trailer frame with 15 inch wheels and tires - spring
loaded suspension. Twenty-four inch by quarter inch, jumbo firebox with fourway
dampers and firebox grate. Complete with a three foot vertical Warmer Box on
top which will hold three, 21 inch food service pans. A No Flame Drip and
Grease Pan with 2" brass gate valve. Flat Expanded Metal Cooking Grates on
Square Tubing Frames, so they want warp. Includes a slide in and out upper rack
which increases cooking space. Includes Bar-B.Q. Heat gauge.
It's unique flow-thru cooking
design allows for constant and even heat left to right. It is easy to fire,
easy to clean and easy to use. Put the food in and it cooks it's
self.
All units require a 2 inch ball
for towing and and comes with a fourway flat wiring harness for the trailer
lights. Parallel towing height for the unit is 18 to 19 inches. All handles and
prep area's are user friendly with heat dissipating springs and comfortable
cooking and working heights.
