"I have been meaning to write and
tell you what I think of the smoker we recently bought from you. The problem
has been that we have been so busy using it that I just have not been able to
find the time. We have had a real surge of new business, which continues to
come our way as word spreads from people after they experience the great flavor
of smoked meats. We are delighted with the unit to say the least, as it has
exceeded our expectations in all areas." -Max E. Iverson, Manager

Dear Ben,
Just a note to tell you that I am very satisfied with my Twin 84
Cooker. I have used it on many occasions and have received quite a few comments
on its workmanship. The unit cooks evenly throughout with little variation of
temperature. It's a lot of fun for me to tow the cooker just around town. It's
hilarious to watch their jaws drop at the sheer size of the "Twin Torpedo".
I have towed the cooker 1,500
miles to West Texas and 1,200 miles to Boston. We were recently featured on
"This Old House" TV show. Cooking in competitions and catering are my hobbies.
But I have also used the cooker for my "real job" in cooking for customers.
Ben, let me tell you. Your smoker-cooker has changed the way I sell!
Serving quality BBQ to my customers and just sitting around the
cooker admiring its beauty and telling stories are priceless. Thank you for
designing such a wonderful "toy".
Sincerely, Harry

Well, guys, I just used my smoker
for the second time since receiving it from Santa this past Christmas. It is
truly unbelievable!
I smoked 40 lbs.
of ribs......and never had to turn them at all. I smoke the ribs for 2 hours or
so....no sauce...then dip them in my special sauce mix, wrap in tin foil, and
smoke for 2 more hours. Tried to cut them up for the 60 or so college kids I
had at my lake house....and the ribs just fell off the bone. Just can't beat
ribs and kegs on a hot summer day! I've been smoking ribs at the lake for 14
years now, and I've never had as many compliments as I had on Saturday. I may
get out of the insurance biz and get in the BBQ biz!!!
Really look forward to using the
smoker for tailgaiting at the Auburn football games this fall....my 2 kids are
both down there this fall. I may even share with you Dawg faithful when you
come to Jordan-Hare in November!!!
Thanks for building a great
product!
-Regards, Randy

This is the best unit I have ever
used. Each side cooks just like you said it would, not a lot of time needed to
tend fire and cleans out easily.

I wanted to say a little about my
Model 84 Smoker. I've had it for two years and every year we have a chicken
cookout for the Bass Club Scholarship Fund. This year we had 5 smokers doing
the cooking; 830 chicken halves total. Plus, I was cooking sausage in the wamer
oven for breakfast. Of the 5 smokers the 84 was the top dog. The smoker cooker
gave the chicken the golden tan color that the other smokers didnt have. I was
able to put 60 large halves on the cooker at one time. Another plus about this
cooker, it takes less heat on the temperature gauge to do the cooking then the
other cookers. By the way, I named my cooker the Intimidator, and it
lives up to its name!

I wanted to drop
you a note telling you how much I enjoy Q'n on the Model 84. As the encolsed
photos show, 100 chicken halves (168 lbs of Delmarva yard bird) fit perfectly.
What a Memorial Day party! Folks were telling me how great everything tasted,
even teh people who were sober!
The first photo is me putting
them on, and the second photo is me four hours and six Corona's later taking
them off.
I would suggest anyone who wants
to do volume but has little space to park a cooker to get the 84.
The drive down to Nahunta was a great BBQ pilgrimage,
and on the way home to Delaware (688 miles - mostly going 80 mph) the 84
trailered like a dream.I couldn't even tell it was back there, except in
Franklin, VA when I had to show the cooker to a group of curious locals who
wanted to know everything about it!
Once again, thanks for the great
true American product. Keep on welding because in a couple of years I may have
to order the 84 Twin!
